Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Please contact us at lovealltennisco@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be redirected.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are also available at an additional cost.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, we currently only ship within the United States.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

At LOVE ALL, we are committed to providing the best possible customer experience. We allow exchanges for products purchased from our website. Unfortunately, we are still unable to process refunds at this time due to our limited available inventory. We ask that you carefully review the fit guide for each product before making your purchase to ensure the best fit.

  • Exchanges are valid within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging, unused and in new condition.
  • We will exchange the item for a product of equal or lesser value. If the exchange item is of greater value, the difference in price will need to be paid before the exchange can take place.
  • Shipping fees for the exchange item will be the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to deny any exchange request if the item does not meet the criteria outlined above.
